Get Conversation Messages

GET/v1/conversations/{conversation_id}/messages

Retrieves messages from a conversation with pagination support. Messages can be sorted by creation date. Requires chat:read scope.

conversation_id*string

The unique identifier (UUID) of the conversation whose messages are requested.

Maximum number of messages per page (max 100).

Cursor for pagination (get next page).

before?string

Cursor for pagination (get previous page).

sort_by?string

Sort order for messages (-created_at for newest first, +created_at for oldest first).

Get Conversation List GET

Retrieves a paginated list of conversations with filtering options. Supports filtering by assignee, contact, status, date range, and channel. Requires `chat:read` scope.

Request Conversation Transfer POST

Creates a transfer request to move a conversation to another agent. Requires `chat:write` scope.
